  • Eligibility: The Gift of Hope Festival of Lights Giveaway is open to legal residents of Texas who sign up at https://agiftofhope.net. Entrants must be 16 years of age or older as of their date of entry in this promotion to qualify. This giveaway is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations and void where prohibited by law. First Baptist Church of Beaumont Texas, Inc. (hereafter the “Sponsor”) and its employees, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies, and directors (collectively the “Employees”), as well as members of an Employees’ immediate family and/or those living in the same household of Employees, are ineligible to participate in the Gift of Hope Festival of Lights Giveaway.
  • Sponsorship: The Sponsor is First Baptist Church of Beaumont, Texas, Inc., located at 3739 North Major Drive, Beaumont, Texas, 77713. The Sponsor will conduct the giveaway substantially as described in these Official Rules.
  • Agreement to Rules: By entering this giveaway, the Entrant (“You”) agrees to abide by the Sponsor’s Official Rules and decisions, which are fully and unconditionally binding in all respects. The Sponsor reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify any entry at any time at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. By entering, You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements outlined in these Official Rules. You also agree to accept the decisions of the Sponsor as final and binding regarding the content of the Gift of Hope Festival of Lights Giveaway.
  • Gift of Hope Festival of Lights Giveaway Entry Period: This promotion begins on December 2, 2024, at 6 p.m. (Central Time) and ends on December 25, 2024, at 9 p.m. (Central Time). To be eligible, entries must be received within the specified Entry Period.
  • How to Enter: Eligible entrants can enter the Gift of Hope Festival of Lights Giveaway by submitting an entry via the online form. Entry must meet all requirements specified in the Official Rules to qualify. Incomplete entries or those not adhering to the rules will be disqualified at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Participants are limited to one entry per email address, with one winner per household.
  • Prizes: Winners of the Gift of Hope Festival of Lights Giveaway (“Winners”) will receive prizes to be determined by the Sponsor. The actual/appraised value of prizes may differ at the time of awarding. No cash or prize substitution is permitted, except at the Sponsor’s discretion. Prizes are non-transferable. Winners are responsible for all expenses related to the prize, including taxes. By accepting a prize, Winners grant permission for the Sponsor to use their name, likeness, and entry for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
  • Odds: The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
  • Selection and Notification of Winner: Winners will be selected via random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor. Winners will be notified by email within ten days of selection. The Sponsor is not responsible for Winners failing to receive notifications due to email filters or incorrect contact information. If a Winner does not claim the prize within 15 days of notification, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate Winner may be selected.
  • Rights Granted by You: By entering, You grant the Sponsor permission to use your submission, name, and potentially photos for promotional purposes without further notice or compensation, unless prohibited by law.
  • Terms & Conditions: The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway in the event of technical failures, unauthorized interference, or other issues beyond its control. Entrants tampering with the operation of the giveaway may be disqualified. The Sponsor reserves the right to void entries suspected of using fraudulent methods or breaching these rules.
  • Limitation of Liability: By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates from any claims or damages arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance, possession, or misuse of the prize.
  • Disputes: This giveaway is governed by Texas law. Any disputes must be resolved exclusively in Jefferson County, Texas.
